SHIPPING POLICY

At ConnectheShelf, we strive to deliver your books and publications efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms of shipping, delivery, and tracking, in compliance with Razorpay guidelines.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
     

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
     

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We use trusted courier partners for deliveries. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply).

  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 10-12 business days.
     

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical delays.
 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard Shipping: ₹ 90 per Kg per order.

  • Expedited Shipping: ₹ 120 per Kg per order.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 999/-.
     

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking ID provided.
     

6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

An order may be marked as undeliverable if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

  • No recipient is available at the delivery address.

  • The package is refused by the recipient.
     

If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers can request re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
 

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If the order is lost in transit, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

  • If the package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours with clear images.
     

8. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
