  • "Company" refers to ConnectheShelf, operating in the domain of books and publication eCommerce.

  • "User" refers to any visitor, registered customer, or entity using our services.

  • "Products" refer to physical books, eBooks, and other publications available on our platform.

  • "Payment Gateway" refers to Razorpay, through which transactions are processed.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Users may need to create an account for purchases.

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information and maintain the security of your credentials.

  • ConnectheShelf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices listed on our platform are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Orders placed before such changes will not be affected.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation.

  • Shipping time depend on location and logistics partners but we will try to ship within 5-7 Business ays.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds. Refunds are only processed if the payment was made directly to our business account via Razorpay.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content, logos, and materials on ConnectheShelf are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission.

8. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

  • Post misleading or offensive content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We strive to provide an uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the platform’s availability at all times.

  • ConnectheShelf is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party payment failures.

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to arbitration under Indian laws.

  • Jurisdiction: New Delhi/Dwarka High Court.
